This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Initiate communication with courts regarding individual orders and general updates on court status, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to current orders.
• Engage professionally and accurately through remote voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude while interacting with court personnel, attorneys, and other clients.
• Utilize Skye (in-house application) to process documents, add informative updates/notes, and perform other data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Handle consistent incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist courts and customers with inquiries, as well as manage calls from courts and customers.
• Convey relevant and updated information from courts to our process servers and customers as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and process inefficiencies that arise as documents are processed to and from court.
• Navigate and comprehend court dockets to understand the communication of case documents and statuses, as well as download documents directly and import them into the internal application as needed.
• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred legal experience.
• At least 1 year of customer support, call center, or retail experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote environment, utilizing programs such as Teams/Zoom for outbound calls, Teams for chats, and Outlook for emails.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, as well as other tools such as online faxes.
• Experience with document manipulation (PDFs).
• Capability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Quick learner with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
