• Over 5 years of experience in producing technical documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or a networking certification.

• Solid understanding of technological concepts such as cloud computing, automation, networking, and data centers.

• Experience with XML authoring, content management systems, and courseware development tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of progressing with incomplete information.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining a high standard of quality.
