This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the delivery of projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing change management support across the entire Coupa suite (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Asset Management).
• Facilitate change management discovery workshops, assess stakeholder impacts, and design suitable interventions.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
• Create and provide communications and training materials, such as job aids and instructor-led training sessions.
• Monitor user readiness and adoption, identifying gaps and suggesting solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to prioritize the human aspect of change in project delivery.
• Define and monitor success metrics, offering updates to project leadership and clients.
• Develop and mentor the team.
• Guide team members through coaching, regular feedback, and annual performance evaluations.
• Provide active support to project teams in addressing complex issues.
• Contribute to practice growth.
• Participate in internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, recruiting, or methodology development.
• Help in the development and implementation of firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in line with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques and work with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in change management, consulting, or SaaS implementations.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management for multiple full-lifecycle Coupa or enterprise technology implementations.
• Proven success in delivering results for large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients.
• History of mentoring junior team members and fostering strong client relationships.
• Experience in professional services, particularly in Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Coupa certification is preferred.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed by clients during critical milestones, approximately 25–50% of the time.
