Country Study Operations Manager – UK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee study and country-level activities from initiation through implementation and study completion.

• Manage the study-related aspects of assigned projects, including vendor and budget oversight.

• Develop and implement country/study-level Recruitment Strategies.

• Assist in the creation of study-level plans.

• Facilitate communication with the local team, internal stakeholders, and CRO partners to ensure effective and timely study execution.

• Provide management and coordination of vendors, including follow-up on deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision and taking initiatives independently.

• A Master’s, Doctorate, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, is required.

• Previous experience working at a senior level during study start-up is preferred.
