Country Study Operations Manager I

📋 Description

• The Country Study Operations Manager I (cSOM I) is accountable for overseeing study and specific country-level activities from the initiation of the study through its execution and conclusion, specifically for studies of limited complexity.

• Provides support to Global Study Managers (GSMs) and other Study Operations Managers (SOMs).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent operational experience in clinical trials is required.

• A Master’s degree in Science or Business Administration with at least 3 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience is required.

• In-depth understanding of managing and coordinating specific tasks and responsibilities as part of a broader study management team.

• Proven experience in clinical research and/or as a study management/startup project manager.

• Familiarity with study and quality management practices.

• Knowledge of clinical trial methodologies.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
