This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• As a brand ambassador, you will be the voice and face of syte in Spain.
• You will hold sales responsibilities for Spain, leading all customer interactions throughout the Spanish market.
• Your role will involve pipeline development through cold outreach, warm introductions, events, and panels.
• You will represent syte at key industry events, enhancing our presence in the market.
• A key focus will be onboarding the first customers in Spain personally.
• You will provide valuable insights by translating the realities of the Spanish market for Lena and the product team.
• You will manage and expand upon syte's existing relationships within Spain, including partnerships and advisors.
• Your network will be a vital asset in this role.
• Technical proficiency is essential and non-negotiable.
• You should have experience in the Spanish real estate market.
• A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales is required.
• A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to business development is crucial.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for success.
• You must either reside in Madrid or be willing to relocate there from day one.
• You will have access to over 30 accounts that you can start engaging with right away.
• Technical proficiency is a must-have in this role.
• You will have the opportunity to work with or sell to developers, asset managers, architects, or investment managers in Spain.
• Native proficiency in Spanish is essential.
