This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Identify new business opportunities through research, leveraging existing relationships, targeted outreach, or formal introductions, and guide customers through the sales cycle.
• Create and manage a robust sales pipeline through dedicated efforts.
• Understand and articulate customer requirements to effectively sell in a consultative and collaborative manner.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business, ensuring we sell in an appropriate manner.
• Serve as a Product Expert on both current and upcoming ARRISE offerings, confidently discussing our diverse range of solutions with enthusiasm.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the conversion of leads into customers.
• Develop and update sales materials, including presentation resources, to support the sales process.
• Create profitable commercial agreements tailored to business needs and customer requirements.
• Provide regular updates to the business regarding the progress of each customer throughout the sales cycle.
• Attend trade shows, events, and conferences as necessary.
• Conduct product demonstrations either remotely or in-person at customer locations.
• Collaborate with the Product and Marketing Teams to devise specific initiatives aimed at acquiring new business.
• Extensive network of C-level contacts within the gaming or gambling industry.
• Must possess gaming experience in the Nordic iGaming markets, either in online B2B sales or account management, or in a commercial B2C role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Swedish/Danish and English.
• Comprehensive knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing sales strategies at either regional or global levels.
• Familiarity with marketing principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Capable of managing time effectively and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to inspire motivation in others.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach and engage directly in the workload.
