This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of and implement the marketing and growth strategy for LATAM, focusing on user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop localized go-to-market campaigns that cater to regional languages, cultural specifics, and digital trends in key markets.
• Discover and evaluate high-impact growth channels such as social media, educational partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community development initiatives.
• Establish strategic partnerships to enhance market penetration.
• Examine regional performance metrics, user behavior trends, and competitive landscapes to guide strategy and refine growth funnels.
• Represent Gamma at regional events, conferences, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• MBA or a comparable graduate degree with international exposure (recent graduates with 0-3 years post-MBA experience and strong pre-MBA backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
• 3-5 years of overall professional experience in marketing, growth, business development, or strategy roles, preferably with exposure to LATAM markets.
• Profound cultural insight into Latin American business landscapes, consumer behavior, and regional market dynamics across various countries.
• Fluency in either Portuguese or Spanish is mandatory (preferably both); professional proficiency in English is needed for collaboration with the global team.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate uncertainty, act swiftly with limited resources, and explore unconventional strategies.
• An established network within LATAM's tech, education, or startup sectors that can facilitate partnerships and market access.
