Country Manager – Italy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the Italian site and the local operations network.

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local waste management firms, logistics providers, authorities, and energy companies.

• Perform market analysis, including regulatory requirements, competitive landscape, and business potential.

• Assist in site selection and the identification of suitable service providers.

• Formulate and execute local market entry strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the German team (Operations, Marketing, Legal, Tech).

• Represent the organization at trade shows, events, and public forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, project management, or site establishment, preferably within the circular economy, solar energy, environmental engineering, or logistics sectors.

• Strong understanding of the Italian market, especially in waste management, renewables, or cleantech.

• Ideally, experience in developing solar parks or an established network with relevant stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and high level of personal accountability.

• Native-level proficiency in Italian and business-fluent in German and English.
