Country Manager, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance our websites catering to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Develop and implement a robust SEO and content strategy tailored to the region’s search habits and local regulations.

• Adapt content and user experience to align with user expectations and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with a team of writers, editors, and designers, expanding the team as necessary.

• Monitor and refine key performance indicators: traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue.

• Stay informed about regulatory changes within the marketplace (legal expertise is not required, but timely updates are essential).

• Conduct competitor analysis and uncover new growth opportunities.

• Manage the profit and loss for your market and provide regular performance reports.

• Experiment with new ideas: campaigns, features, and acquisition channels to assess effectiveness.

• Assist in scaling trading-related content and campaigns for the German market, ensuring adherence to local financial regulations.

• Analyze audience trends and behaviors within the trading sector to enhance acquisition and engagement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level German speaker with proficiency in English.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and content, preferably in affiliate marketing or lead generation.

• Demonstrated success in iGaming, sports betting, finance, or trading sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of user behavior and market trends in the DACH region.

• Experience in multi-channel acquisition strategies, including SEO, paid media, and social platforms.

• Knowledgeable about local gambling and financial regulations, specifically compliance related to trading content.

• Proficient in performance marketing across various platforms such as Google Ads, native advertising, and paid social media.

• Capable of developing and executing strategies aimed at trading-focused audiences in Germany.

• Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple websites.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow digital assets.

• Skilled in WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is advantageous.

• Analytical and proactive in identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.

• Effective communicator who works well in collaboration with others.
