Country Manager – Baltic Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily regional operations, encompassing logistics, accounting coordination, sales, marketing, and HR activities throughout the Baltic countries.

• Guide, train, and lead local sales teams in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, ensuring they are aligned with both regional and global goals.

• Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Baltic NIPT market while implementing a long-term regional business strategy.

• Establish and sustain a robust regional network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), partners, and distribution channels.

• Actively engage in the sales process and exemplify leadership through actions.

• Monitor market trends and proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities throughout the region.

• Proactive, sales-oriented, and goal-focused professional with strong interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Solid experience in business development and managing multi-country teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Baltic healthcare and laboratory market, especially in the private sector.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales teams across various countries.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Baltic or other regional languages is highly advantageous.

• A higher education degree in medicine, biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related discipline is beneficial.

• Strong familiarity with NIPT and other first-trimester screening products.

• Experience collaborating with gynecologists, laboratories, or within the medical diagnostics sector.

• Prior experience in managing regional or multi-market operations.
