• Identify and seek out new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Build and oversee the enterprise pipeline through the channel ecosystem.
• Formulate a go-to-market strategy that aligns with regional direction in Electronic Security.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Lead the local team to meet and surpass sales targets, ensuring growth in market share.
• Identify, develop, and finalize large-scale enterprise projects in key verticals.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors.
• Drive partner enablement initiatives and collaborate on joint business planning.
• Hold cash flow responsibility for the Baltic Region (both sell-in and sell-out).
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's overarching goals.
• Establish and report on metrics to assess team performance; address any deficiencies as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Develop lighthouse reference projects.
• Conduct competitive analysis.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline reporting.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews.
• Provide a clear analysis of risks and opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior management position, ideally as a Country Manager or Sales Director within the electronics security sector.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in the electronic security industry at a managerial level.
• Experience collaborating with regional or global security brands.
• Established network within the security industry in the Baltic market.
• Strong comprehension of the industry, market dynamics, and client requirements.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
• Experience in a cross-functional matrix team and environment.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and capability to travel.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and own responsibility for results.
