This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Take ownership and lead the market strategy for Nebius in Korea, encompassing go-to-market planning, segmentation, and execution.
• Build, manage, and expand the Korea organization across various functions including sales, partnerships, marketing, and solutions engineering.
• Hold full operational accountability for the region, focusing on revenue growth, forecasting, and operational rhythm.
• Develop and engage with enterprise and strategic accounts, interacting directly with senior stakeholders at key client organizations.
• Establish and grow partnerships, which include cloud ecosystems, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and local collaborators.
• Adapt global strategies for the Korean market, ensuring alignment while addressing specific market demands.
• Represent Nebius in external settings, enhancing brand visibility with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide market insights to global teams, impacting product development, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in go-to-market roles, with a minimum of 7 years in senior executive positions (VP or higher) in Korea.
• Demonstrated experience as a Country Manager, Managing Director, Regional Vice President, or similar role in a prominent technology firm.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding profit and loss responsibilities in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud sectors within Korea.
• Extensive expertise in enterprise sales, consistently surpassing revenue targets and other significant key performance indicators.
• Experience with cloud service providers and AI/ML platforms is strongly preferred.
• A robust network among enterprise customers, GSIs, and the partner ecosystem in Korea.
• Proven ability to construct and scale high-performing teams within a rapidly growing environment.
• Experience in collaborating with global headquarters while maintaining local operational autonomy.
• Proficient in native-level Korean and business-level English (or higher).
