Country Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct all operations at the country level for Ndax in Spain, encompassing business development, regulatory compliance, marketing, and customer support.

• Propel Ndax’s growth strategy in Spain by assessing and recommending expansion opportunities based on thorough market analysis.

• Actively support significant regulatory and policy initiatives, ensuring Ndax adheres to all relevant local regulatory requirements.

• Establish and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders, including government bodies, industry collaborators, and local financial institutions.

• Represent Ndax in Spain, engaging with media, attending conferences, participating in industry forums, and meeting with local clients and regulators.

• Monitor and evaluate local and European market trends and competition to refine strategies for optimal effectiveness.

• Ensure Ndax’s brand and values are consistently represented at the local level.

• Collaborate closely with global Product, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop products and user experiences tailored to meet the specific needs of local clients.

• Deliver regular performance and growth updates to Ndax’s senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a senior management position within the cryptocurrency industry.

• Demonstrated experience in engaging with regulators and managing a business or business unit under regulatory oversight at the national level.

• A robust network within the European financial services, fintech, and cryptocurrency sectors.

• In-depth understanding of the European legal and regulatory landscape related to cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

• Knowledge of the European market, including regional regulations, market dynamics, and competition within the cryptocurrency and financial services sectors.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Readiness to travel as required.
