This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Take ownership of Fasset’s P&L, growth objectives, and market strategy for the Philippines.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.

• Lead initiatives for user acquisition, activation, and retention within the market.

• Act as Fasset’s representative with regulators, government entities, and industry associations in the Philippines.

• Recruit, manage, and cultivate a local team, including community ambassadors and business development personnel.

• Deliver market intelligence, conduct competitive analysis, and provide localization insights to headquarters.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a country management or market leadership position, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.

• Strong network and comprehensive understanding of the financial, technology, or startup landscape in the Philippines.

• Demonstrated success in driving growth and overseeing cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in English; fluency in Filipino or other local languages is highly preferred.
