Country Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• The ideal candidate will be instrumental in representing and advancing the Campari portfolio, taking the lead in enhancing our brands through impactful influence, collaboration, and leadership.

• This position is critical for motivating and challenging our local distributor to jointly achieve the aspirations associated with our premium offerings.

• Assist the regional APM team in formulating the country and portfolio strategy, particularly by managing shipment, depletion, and inventory objectives while understanding their effects on the P&L.

• Define, align, and ensure the seamless execution of the annual channel and customer marketing plan in partnership with distributor teams, ultimately aiming to boost visibility and strengthen engagement among consumers, shoppers, and bartenders at the point of sale.

• Identify and propose opportunities for portfolio optimization and growth, leading new product launches that align with regional strategic goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and customer marketing within a structured multinational organization.

• Relevant local experience in the Spirits, Wine, and Beer sectors.

• Knowledge and experience in the on-premise environment is a significant advantage.

• Experience in managing third-party distributors is a plus.

• Background in developing premium brands within a structured multinational context, including exposure to various marketing roles such as global, regional, local, and trade marketing.

• A university degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
