Country HR Manager – Canada, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver local expertise to foster best practices and ensure adherence to legal standards supporting people programs and processes.

• Oversee internal communications within Canada, serving as the central point for announcements related to personnel, policies, and procedures.

• Proactively address legal risks while consistently ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

• Develop and sustain effective partnerships to educate HR partners, managers, and associates about employee-related matters.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and associates, offering insights on HR best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; an advanced degree or HR certification (such as CPHR) is ideal.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR.

• Strong familiarity with the intricacies of various provincial employment practices and regulations is highly preferred.
