Counsel – Client Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver creative legal guidance to assist product and business teams.

• Negotiate and formulate legal and business terms for client agreements.

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance partners to provide legal assistance.

• Recognize trends or shortcomings in processes.

• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor is mandatory.

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial contracting.

• Capability for independent decision-making and problem-solving.

• Preference for familiarity with concepts related to the managed care sector.

• Ability to grasp complex operational, technological, and financial matters related to eviCore's products.

• Identify and investigate legal issues relevant to Evernorth/eviCore.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Willingness to work over 40 hours per week.
