Cost Segregation Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Construct: Develop detailed cost segregation reports, which involve preliminary research, reviewing documentation, and confirming engagement agreements.

• Site Visit: Perform thorough site visits, capturing documentation of assets and shared spaces.

• Spreadsheet and Word Document Creation: Enter building asset information into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and produce comprehensive reports.

• Review Process: Work alongside management to verify the accuracy of reports and communicate efficiently with clients.

• Attend Meetings: Engage in regular staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities.

• Communication: Ensure proactive and clear communication with sales teams and clients, addressing any issues in a timely manner.

• Problem Solving: Address unique project challenges while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail in your work.

• Data Gathering: Gather information regarding client properties, conduct on-site evaluations, and implement multi-step assessment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a four-year degree in engineering or a related technical field.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to interpret and understand architectural and engineering construction plans and specifications.

• Willingness and capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
