This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with client finance, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
• Record existing and future business processes.
• Create comprehensive end-to-end cost allocation frameworks.
• Conduct QA testing and analyze errors on established business rules.
• Perform gap analyses comparing current client processes with platform functionalities.
• Generate and update detailed functional design documents and allocation rule libraries.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize requests for platform enhancements.
• Work alongside client ERP teams to verify data exports and address data quality concerns.
• Assist with client change management and promote end-user adoption.
• Minimum of 4 years in a technical consulting, implementation, business analyst, or requirements management position within logistics, supply chain, or freight audit and payment.
• Practical experience with financial modules in SAP (FI/CO), Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite; knowledge of GL posting and cost object structures.
• Understanding of freight invoice categories, carrier charge taxonomies, and logistics cost management in a TMS or freight audit platform setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (CPA, CLTD, SAP FI, CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
• Proficient in SQL and/or advanced Excel for data validation and working with proprietary logic formats; familiarity with EDI, XML, or API-based integrations between logistics and finance systems.
• Experience in a SaaS software professional services or implementation team; previous work with freight audit, TMS (e.g., MercuryGate, BluJay, Oracle TMS), or AP automation platforms; formal business analyst experience is preferred.
