This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Accountable for overseeing a portfolio of accounts by fulfilling all responsibilities outlined in the governing documents, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Responsible for all facets of account administration, potentially handling accounts of moderate to high complexity.
• Oversee the comprehensive closing of new transactions by reviewing and negotiating governing documents; coordinating closing activities; addressing outstanding issues with counsel and clients; and actively gathering information to understand customer requirements.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to Corporate Trust administrators.
• Ensure client satisfaction to promote retention and referrals by addressing any account-related issues and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Be attentive and responsive to both internal and external clients; collaborate and influence clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify business risks and operational challenges, taking actions to mitigate risks and improve processes.
• Contribute to both short-term and long-term strategies aimed at achieving specific revenue and expense targets.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of policies.
• A minimum of 10 years of proven success in Corporate Trust or a comparable role.
• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite is essential.
• Familiarity with the SWP platform is advantageous.
• Experience in reading and interpreting governing documents.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and innovatively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while making informed decisions.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, embrace change, and demonstrate adaptability.
• Strong understanding of corporate trust products, as well as related banking and regulatory regulations.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills are necessary.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to organize workflow effectively.
