Corporate Travel Consultant – Sabre

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional travel consultation services to ALTOUR clients

• Accurately quote and book domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations

• Ensure adherence to all corporate travel policies

• Manage inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center setting

• Deliver outstanding customer service to travel leader clients

• Welcome all clients with enthusiasm

• Offer consultative support to travelers and travel arrangers during the booking process

• Complete all reservations with accuracy and in a timely manner

• Obtain the lowest available rates for air, car, and hotel at the time of booking

• Utilize client and ALTOUR negotiated programs where applicable

• Leverage GDS low-fare search capabilities

• Maintain productivity, quality, and customer experience targets

• Work one of the following schedules: 9 AM–6 PM ET, 10 AM–7 PM ET, or 11 AM–8 PM ET

⛳️ Requirements

• Must successfully complete GDS assessment

• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM

• 5 years of experience in travel sales

• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably within the travel sector

• Outstanding proactive customer service approach

• Extensive knowledge of the travel industry

• Proficient in Sabre GDS formats, shortcuts, enhancements, and pricing

• Experience in corporate travel is essential

• Knowledge of international travel bookings and processes

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Embrace change, demonstrate adaptability, and be recognized as a leader

• Strong awareness of personal skills and development opportunities
