This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide consultative services to corporate clients in accordance with the company’s travel policy;
• Handle the issuance, modification, rebooking, and cancellation of reservations (including air, hotel, car rental, etc.);
• Prepare quotes and present options that offer the best cost-benefit analysis;
• Suggest itineraries, fares, and suppliers to help minimize costs;
• Monitor requests, track pending items, and manage follow-ups;
• Document client interactions in internal systems;
• Offer emergency support during business travel;
• Assist with logistics for corporate events;
• Negotiate rates and terms in line with existing agreements;
• Request reservations and pre-payments within set deadlines;
• Contact suppliers to gather proposals and specific conditions;
• Update interaction and reservation records in the system;
• Help verify information for invoicing and reconciliation;
• Request reimbursements with the necessary documentation;
• Organize directories and event information;
• Analyze logistics forms and recommend solutions;
• Participate in client meetings to ensure alignment on requirements;
• Lead meetings concerning events and special transfers;
• Stay informed about fares, agreements, market trends, and policies;
• High school diploma (Preferred: degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields);
• Strong knowledge of travel products and services (air, hotel, and car rental);
• Understanding of fare rules, travel policies, suppliers, and best practices;
• Experience with reservation systems (both GDS and non-GDS): booking, rebooking, ticketing, and cancellations;
• Familiarity with self-booking tools (OBTs), including error analysis and user support;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for data organization, reporting, and presentations;
• Consultative customer service approach characterized by empathy, clarity, and solution orientation;
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms;
