Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Acendas Travel's corporate clients traveling both domestically and internationally.

• Address client requests and inquiries within a call center setting across various communication channels.

• Manage the reception, initiation, and processing of reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel, and limousine services.

• Serve as the client's advocate to ensure their travel requirements are fulfilled and that customer satisfaction exceeds expectations.

• Monitor and respond to emails effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate travel is mandatory.

• Familiarity with travel agency operations is essential.

• Willingness to work shifts that cover extended hours.

• Advanced proficiency in the Sabre reservation system is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
