Corporate Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• The Manager of Corporate Strategy is responsible for aiding the organization’s annual strategic process and fulfilling corporate reporting obligations.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to accomplish periodic deliverables.

• Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives.

• Develop materials for both internal and external communications.

• Conduct analyses on areas of strategic interest.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure that messaging remains consistent with the strategic priorities established by the Corporate Strategy group and the senior leadership team.

• Execute and communicate the annual strategic process deliverables through well-structured communication plans and alignment with stakeholders regarding strategic goals.

• Foster relationships with essential business unit and functional leaders, as well as external stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of executive reports, board materials, and strategic planning documentation.

• Create internal announcements, leadership messages, and employee-facing communications that promote organizational alignment.

• Keep abreast of industry developments, prepare briefing notes, and convert complex information into clear, decision-oriented insights.

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-departmental collaboration for enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Aid the Director of Strategic Planning in drafting annual objectives with the leadership team and assist in tracking enterprise progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, risk, consulting, or corporate strategy roles.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI Tools (such as Copilot).

• Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills for both internal and external audiences.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; adept at navigating complex financial and operational information.

• Experience in regulated industries, aviation, defense, or public-sector environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with implementing ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset.
