Corporate Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, enhancement, and dissemination of the Claims Transformation strategy.

• Align the strategy with execution priorities and anticipated outcomes.

• Deconstruct intricate business challenges into strategic options, recommendations, and actionable plans.

• Create presentations for executives, strategic narratives, and communications for leadership.

• Simplify complex concepts and transformation initiatives into clear, decision-focused materials.

• Perform strategic analyses and formulate business cases along with outcome metrics.

• Keep track of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements.

• Convert industry and competitive insights into relevant business implications.

• Collaborate with teams across Claims, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Product.

• Lead discussions and working sessions to support decision-making, alignment, adoption, and readiness for change.

• Persuade senior stakeholders and foster consensus among leaders and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or related areas.

• Capable of resolving complex business issues and formulating strategic recommendations that translate into execution priorities and measurable results.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.

• Proven experience in crafting presentations and communications for senior leadership audiences.

• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.

• Effective stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience in influencing senior leaders and managing complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

• Bachelor’s Degree (4-year).

• Successful completion of a background investigation is required.
