This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Contribute to the growth of the team by engaging in hiring and onboarding activities.
• Support the Value Selling Sales strategy, which includes TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, RFPs, and Objection Handling.
• Conduct competitive analysis and effectively address customer objections while participating in discussions about the product roadmap.
• Foster innovation in processes, tools, and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver enablement sessions for internal teams, channel partners, prospects, and customers.
• Actively engage in team meetings, offering insights, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Assist in boosting win rates and creating opportunities within the Sales Engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance sales objectives.
• Design and present complex technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Aid in developing and refining Corporate sales engineering methodologies and processes.
• Mentor junior Sales Engineers.
• Perform technical win/loss analysis.
• Strong technical expertise in the Falcon Platform and the broader security landscape.
• Solid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
