This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Address a diverse range of inquiries from customers utilizing Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance and Home Services.

• Coordinate the dispatch of service providers to deliver roadside assistance.

• Manage general questions regarding membership perks, product features, enrollment, and more.

• Assist customers enrolled in Triangle Rewards.
