Bilingual Caseworker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of designated projects and/or cases.

• Provide telephone assistance to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding organizations.

• Administer and comply with case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring and data gathering.

• Execute market research initiatives related to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

• Record each activity in a program-specific database.

• Offer insights regarding existing protocols and processes.

• Engage in the training of new caseworkers.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related field is required.

• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, CRM systems, or process improvement is preferred.
