This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate closely with Shaner Hotels properties to enhance room revenue and profitability.
• Design and execute effective revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assess market trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Oversee pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize hotel performance.
• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports along with performance analyses.
• Work together with hotel leadership teams to ensure revenue strategies are in line with property goals.
• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with team members at all organizational levels.
• Consistently review performance and suggest modifications to promote revenue growth.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Revenue Management.
• Current knowledge and experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and independent hotel reservation and yield management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for both strategic and creative thinking.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and reporting tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
