Corporate Recruiter – Contract to Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and connect with qualified candidates for corporate positions.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from job advertisement to offer acceptance.

• Partner with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements.

• Keep precise records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and enhance our employer branding.

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience (either in-house or agency).

• In-depth understanding of talent acquisition methodologies and tools.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

• HR experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
