This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated roles.
• Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and gathering feedback.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
• Employ various sourcing techniques to discover and engage potential candidates.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Contribute to enhancing the company’s employer brand.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Propose improvements to recruitment processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
• Experience with social media recruiting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Corporate laptop provided.
