This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process for all assigned iT1 positions, from the initial intake through to the offer stage.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Analyze and grasp technical job specifications.
• Work together with the Recruiting team to formulate strategies for identifying, engaging, and assessing talent.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand their recruitment needs.
• Leverage social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to generate interest, engage talent, and proactively source both active and passive job seekers.
• Oversee candidate pipelines in Rippling (ATS), ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized.
• Evaluate resumes, shortlist appropriate profiles, and qualify candidates.
• Provide a smooth, consistent, and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
• Organize and conduct screenings/interviews with candidates.
• Gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Actively seek passive talent on a daily basis and continuously expand your network with high-potential candidates to ensure access to top talent in the market.
• Collaborate on recruitment marketing initiatives to build candidate pipelines and deliver market intelligence to the organization.
• Support the new hire onboarding process and assist with other recruitment and hiring-related functions as necessary.
• Strong passion for recruitment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, conducting 30+ screenings each week.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Proven ability to manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to closing across various role types.
• Sourcing: Experience in proactively reaching out to passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, and direct outreach.
• Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with and advising hiring managers at all levels; able to provide constructive feedback when necessary.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong active listening capabilities; able to effectively relay information between candidates and hiring teams.
• Organization & Prioritization: Capable of managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously; proficient in ATS organization regarding candidate status, hiring manager feedback, and candidate engagement.
• Emotional Intelligence: Self-aware, empathetic, and skilled at quickly building trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in LinkedIn, Indeed, MS Office Suite, and ATS platforms; experience with Rippling is advantageous.
• Confidentiality: Able to manage sensitive information regarding compensation, performance, and candidate details with discretion.
