• Conduct interviews and facilitate an exceptional recruitment and onboarding journey, ensuring a positive experience from application through to the first day of employment.
• Utilize both internal and external tools to analyze market trends and data nationwide, providing our hiring leaders with valuable insights for informed decision-making and fostering a genuine partnership.
• Partner closely with HR leadership teams to continuously enhance recruiting processes and improve the candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle, professional-level corporate recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis & Reporting.
• Advanced skills in Prioritization.
• Strong Problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Time management skills.
• Advanced Negotiation capabilities.
• Expertise in Interviewing and skills assessment.
• Advanced Talent sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Basic knowledge of PC operations.
