Corporate & Legal Ops Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and management of venture financings, corporate governance, equity administration, and transaction closures.

• Prepare documentation and oversee the signature process.

• Maintain and update corporate records and equity plans.

• Ensure the accuracy of organizational information.

• Independently manage legal matters from inception to conclusion.

• Design and develop AI-driven workflows, self-service tools, and automation solutions.

• Optimize legal processes to minimize manual tasks.

• Create scalable systems to address ongoing legal requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced corporate paralegal or junior attorney with foundational training in a law firm.

• Practical experience in venture transactions.

• Background in supporting venture-backed or rapidly growing technology companies is highly valued.

• Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms is advantageous.

• A genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and workflow automation.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic and highly asynchronous environment.

• Strong decision-making skills.
