• Analyze the effectiveness and precision of AI suggestions related to legal risk, transactional work, and compliance matters.

• Develop and create practical scenarios and case studies based on your legal expertise.

• Produce scenario variations that align with industry standards, compliance best practices, and regulatory frameworks.

• Detect gaps or risks in AI-generated legal recommendations and provide clear, actionable insights.

• Assist AI systems in better comprehending, interpreting, and applying corporate legal concepts and methodologies.

• Seasoned Corporate Lawyer with experience in corporate transactions, compliance, and contract law.

• Residing in the EU or UK.

• Proficient with legal research tools, contract drafting, and legal risk assessment.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering structured, constructive feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, comfortable with remote and asynchronous work.
