This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

• Conduct personalized live video training sessions for working professionals.

• Prepare lesson reports for learner groups to document the content covered in each session.

• A college degree or Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of experience in adult education.

• Exceptional communication skills in both Japanese and English (both spoken and written).

• Must be willing to conduct video classes.

• Comfortable using online platforms for teaching.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.

• Experience in editing and/or proofreading is advantageous.

• Energetic, pleasant, and engaging personality.

• Open-minded and eager to learn.

• Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace.

• PC or Mac (laptop or desktop) required.

• A noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is necessary.

• Capability for webcam use (internal or external).

• Minimum Operating System Requirements:

• PC or Laptop: Windows 10 or later, or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma).

• Intel Processor: Core i5 12th generation / i7 11th generation (or equivalent) and above.

• Mac Processor: MacBook Pro with M1 Chip or MacBook Air with M1 Chip.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
