Corporate FPA/Consolidation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support monthly consolidation efforts across various business units and legal entities.

• Ensure accuracy of intercompany balances and roll-up in OneStream.

• Develop recurring corporate reporting packages, variance analyses, and accompanying commentary.

• Input and validate corporate forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.

• Reconcile OneStream with source ERP systems and assist in resolving discrepancies.

• Aid in P&L mapping and onboarding reporting for newly acquired businesses.

• Conduct analyses as requested by executives.

• Document existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience with ERP and/or EPM/consolidation systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Familiarity with OneStream/EPM and Power BI is a plus.

• Capable of delivering precise and reconciled results.

• Skilled in presenting findings clearly to finance leadership.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various entities and functions.
