This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review and authorize all deliverables prior to their distribution to the CFO, department heads, or external stakeholders. The review serves as a quality checkpoint — not a reconstruction.
• Maintain the quality standard: ensure there are no unexplained discrepancies in any output associated with Corp FP&A.
• Responsible for the delivery and quality of our financial review products and the communication cadence with the CFO, ELT, and investors.
• Annual Operating Plan: oversee the complete AOP process — initiate, establish timelines, lead departmental challenge discussions, and present the consolidated P&L to the CFO.
• Manage the FP&A closing calendar and the closing playbook: set deadlines, enforce compliance, and enhance the timeline each quarter.
• Oversee, develop, and evaluate the performance of both the Senior IC and Junior IC, conducting weekly one-on-one meetings with each.
• Review and approve the Finance Engineer's FP&A automation roadmap on a quarterly basis.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with all departmental counterparts through consistent, high-quality financial insights.
• Manage the integration of models and the data handoff process with the Strategic Finance team.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complete monthly financial closing cycle.
• Experience in producing financial materials for boards or investors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills — adept at presenting to the CFO and C-suite.
• Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS organization is preferred.
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior analysts.
• Exceptional financial narrative skills — able to convert numbers into actionable decisions, rather than just slides.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; comfortable handling large, complex models.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
• Structured thinker — capable of designing a process from the ground up, documenting it, and maintaining it.
• Commercially curious — understands the business model beyond just the P&L.
• General knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, data science and AI applications in finance work.
• High attention to detail coupled with the ability to work efficiently under tight closing deadlines.
• Unlimited Vacation
• Flexible Working Options
• Health Insurance
• Parental Leave
• Employee Stock Option Plan
• Home Office Allowance
• Professional Development Stipend
