• Oversee and maintain the company's parts master database.
• Enhance systems and processes related to warranty management.
• Analyze warranty data and create corrective action plans.
• Design cost-effective warranty solutions for Waste Management.
• Coordinate communication with OEMs and handle warranty claims.
• Provide training to teams on the Centralized Warranty Process.
• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: PMI Certification.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Experience (Green Belt or higher).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
