Corporate Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and implement potential capital raising initiatives

• Oversee interactions with existing and prospective investors

• Collaborate across departments with partners in the finance sector

• Create reports and analyses for Management and the Board

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity

• Comprehensive experience with financial and operational modeling and analyses that support capital raising and M&A efforts

• Keen interest in and experience with utilizing the latest AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and improve quality

• Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university
