This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee registration systems for both virtual and in-person campus programs, monitoring registration figures for over 1,500 students and assisting in the analysis and reporting of registration and attendance data to evaluate program effectiveness and attendance rates.
• Aid in the implementation of retail campus sponsorship deliverables, which includes tracking retailer participation and gathering necessary materials prior to events for more than 30 companies, as well as supporting logistics for career fairs, sending reminders, and more.
• Offer strategic assistance to the Corporate Engagement team by helping with donor stewardship tasks for the Honors gala and ensuring timely delivery of sponsorship commitments.
• Work collaboratively with the Corporate Engagement team to identify and research potential donors, and create materials to facilitate impactful donor meetings and presentations.
• Draft acknowledgment letters and other documentation for Honors gala donors.
• Provide thorough support for the logistical planning and execution of the Honors gala to guarantee smooth operations and successful outcomes.
• Act as on-site support for sponsors and donors during the 2027 Student Program conference and Honors gala in New York City, contributing to overall event execution (January 7-10, 2027).
• Assist the Corporate Engagement team with additional tasks as required.
• Currently a rising junior or senior, graduate student, or recent graduate.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to read, process, and analyze data using charts and pivot tables to present findings effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both internal and external, with the ability to engage comfortably with various stakeholders via email and phone.
• Exceptional writing skills and proofreading capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail, especially in data analysis and reviewing large volumes of applications.
• Self-motivated individual eager to learn and capable of managing multiple projects independently and simultaneously.
• Familiarity with NRF Foundation Campus Programs and previous attendance at the NRF Foundation Student Program.
• Experience in event planning is a plus.
• Must be available for travel to New York City with the NRF Foundation team from January 6 – 11, 2027.
