📋 Description

• Identify potential M&A candidates through market research, networking, and strategic analysis.

• Lead the evaluation and due diligence processes, which encompass financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic fit analysis.

• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external advisors (investment bankers, consultants) to streamline the M&A process.

• Create and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior leadership and the board of directors.

• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives from target companies, industry experts, and potential partners.

• Oversee the post-acquisition integration process to ensure a smooth transition and realization of synergies.

• Monitor and report on the performance of acquired entities, proactively identifying and resolving any emerging issues.

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to guide M&A strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 4-6 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.

• Proven history of leading successful M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

• Experience in the technology services or business services sector is preferred.

• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Expertise in financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies, including the construction of complex financial models to evaluate potential M&A transactions.

• Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Ability to identify and mitigate legal risks linked to deal structures and negotiations.

• Due Diligence Expertise: Competence in analyzing and interpreting complex data to uncover key insights and risks.

• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable outcomes for the organization.

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Capability to devise and implement comprehensive M&A strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Communication & Influencing: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Leadership & Team Management: Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams, along with experience in mentoring and developing team members for enhanced performance and career advancement.

• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and formulate effective solutions, while making timely and well-informed decisions under pressure.

• Attention to Detail: Diligent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in financial analysis and due diligence processes.
