Corporate Development Lead

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire M&A process from start to finish

• Formulate Investment and M&A strategies by researching and tracking emerging trends

• Identify, assess, and implement acquisition opportunities

• Perform operational performance analysis, lead market diligence, and create investment memos

• Oversee comprehensive equity fundraising initiatives

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors

• Incorporate an informed external perspective into our strategic planning

• Continue to expand Paxos Ventures

• Collaborate across various functions within the company to support founders

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience

• Proven history of executing M&A or investment transactions

• Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation

• Demonstrated capability to manage a fundraising process from start to finish

• Familiarity with the blockchain infrastructure, digital asset, or fintech sectors is advantageous

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to thrive as an individual contributor in a dynamic environment
