Corporate Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with legal matters related to public companies

• Manage SEC filings, public disclosures, and compliance with NYSE regulations

• Participate in capital markets and financing activities

• Prepare for annual meetings and oversee M&A diligence and negotiations

• Oversee corporate governance and subsidiary management

• Provide legal research and guidance to business teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school

• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state

• Experience in supporting public companies with SEC filings, governance, and strategic transactions

• Detail-oriented

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to handle multiple priorities effectively
