This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, execute, and oversee compensation programs
• Evaluate both internal and external compensation data
• Manage equity and executive compensation initiatives
• Assist in the annual compensation planning processes
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation/Total Rewards
• Familiarity with market pricing data and analysis techniques
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Workday or comparable HR technology systems
• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Human Resources related discipline
