Corporate Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement proactive communication initiatives that showcase Arctic Wolf’s innovation, leadership, culture, and impact, setting the brand apart in a competitive cybersecurity landscape.

• Oversee the planning and execution of external communication campaigns that enhance awareness and visibility in technology, business, and trade media.

• Act as the primary coordinator for our global communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment throughout the organization.

• Write and edit compelling content, such as press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, commentary, blog posts, briefing documents, messaging, FAQs, and coverage reports.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and secure key speaking, media, and thought leadership opportunities.

• Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and threat intelligence teams to translate advanced AI and cybersecurity capabilities into engaging, outcome-driven narratives.

• Manage relationships with PR agencies to enhance coverage, amplify company announcements, and leverage emerging industry trends and breaking news opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications within a leading cybersecurity or technology organization, or at a public relations agency serving technology clients.

• Must be available to work during Central or East Coast business hours.

• Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies for technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-driven organizations.

• Established media relationships within enterprise technology, cybersecurity, business, and AI publications.

• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex subjects.

• Strong interest in AI, cybersecurity, and the evolving threat landscape, with the capacity to link industry trends to company positioning.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions with executives, technical teams, product leaders, researchers, and go-to-market stakeholders.

• Data-driven approach with the skill to measure and convey the business impact of communication initiatives.

• Sound judgment in navigating sensitive issues, industry developments, and policy matters.

• Thrives in a dynamic environment, adeptly managing multiple priorities and consistently delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

• An enthusiastic advocate for AI tools, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency, scale impact, and improve communication outcomes.
