This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the business account for Solenis Pool Solutions
• Ensures that sales and profit targets are met
• Identifies and secures new business prospects within accounts
• Delivers exceptional sales and customer support to accounts
• Supervises the activities of other members of the corporate account team
• Collaborates with the Associate Director to forecast and prepare sales quotas and strategies
• Guarantees that the sales team achieves profitable sales growth
• Leverages customer POS and inventory data to effectively manage and expand Pool Solutions
• Conducts quarterly business updates for customers
• Develops and executes the National Account business plan
• Formulates annual and multi-year sales strategies
• Maintains regular communication with field service personnel
• Experience in consumer packaged goods within a large retail environment - ideally Walmart
• Driven by results
• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit
• Emphasizes collaboration and teamwork
• Possesses a consultative selling approach
• Proficient in negotiation
• Excellent presentation capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities, adept at interpreting data and applying fact-based selling techniques
