• Join our team as a Corporate Account Manager and take charge of high-impact distribution initiatives across the Americas.
• Serve as a strategic architect for our channel business, turning market intelligence into ongoing growth.
• Set and surpass sales targets along with other essential business goals.
• Develop a profound understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems within the distributor network to aid our internal POS forecasting efforts.
• Take responsibility for the performance of distributor POS, inventory, and bookings.
• Create and implement business plans that leverage the unique value proposition of the distributor alongside the strengths of the Renesas organization.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships within the distributor, collaborating effectively and conducting regular business reviews at both the Business Unit and Executive levels with key distributor personnel.
• Align objectives and cultivate robust internal relationships with the Renesas Mass Market sales team who are implementing strategies at the field level.
• Develop and promote Demand Creation programs that empower, motivate, and incentivize distributor personnel to incorporate the Renesas portfolio.
• Organize and oversee consistent product training programs throughout the distributor network.
• Assist in the successful rollout of new product introductions.
• Collect market intelligence and formulate strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a relevant field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Account Management, Distribution Sales Management, Business Development, or a similar role within the electronic component industry, demonstrating a proven record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels of an account.
• Exceptional verbal and digital communication skills, with a refined capacity to customize messaging for varied audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to enhance efficiency and simplify complex, daily distribution interactions.
• Proficient in prioritizing initiatives in fast-paced settings while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Proven ability to design ambitious growth plans that encourage distributors to significantly exceed market trends.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% depending on the primary location.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams) and PowerBI.
• Expertise in Excel, including a thorough understanding of pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization techniques.
