This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee and meet sales objectives by leading a strategic sales initiative, responsible for revenue and business unit targets.
• Act as an internal advocate for the strategic partner, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes and fostering long-term trust.
• Conduct sales analysis and develop near, mid, and long-term forecasting models.
• Establish the overall strategy with the strategic partner, creating a roadmap to identify key new products and opportunities, delivering proposals, and managing high-level negotiations and contract agreements.
• Facilitate business reviews with our strategic client, showcasing current business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and key projects that support future partnership expansion.
• Serve as the primary sales contact for our corporate account, managing essential commercial communications.
• Lead a solution-oriented sales process involving cross-functional teams, necessitating strong project management skills.
• Manage customer demand and coordinate with internal production regarding priorities and delivery expectations.
• Align product delivery needs between the customer and production teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning and the new product development pipeline and evaluations.
• Promote international brand visibility, including but not limited to global roadshows and tradeshows.
• Regularly update and maintain the current Customer Relations Management database.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science or a related field, such as clinical biochemistry.
• At least 5+ years of experience in an IVD-related sales management position, with a focus on B2B strategic partnerships and/or corporate account management.
• Strong connections with USA end-user diagnostic laboratories and networks.
• Expertise in biochemistry and immunoassays is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation abilities, with comfort in presenting to senior-level audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial skills to assist with sales forecasting and complex pricing models.
